OTSEGO COUNTY, Mich. (WJRT) - A Saginaw man and a Traverse City man have been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a child in 2016. Tequan Jermaine Houston, 29, from Saginaw, was arrested in Saginaw on Aug. 31. He has since moved from the Saginaw County Jail to the Otsego County Jail. Kegan Wayne Rickner, 24, from Traverse City, was arrested at his job on Sept. 19. In April 2023, the Michigan State Police said that the mother of a victim of an alleged sexual assault in 2016 went into the MSP post in Gaylord to make a report.
