SAGINAW, MI — Students at the Saginaw Career Complex soon will get a taste of the Bavarian Inn's business approach. A cohort of students with the Saginaw Public Schools-operated institution this fall will spend four days weekly at the Frankenmuth business as part of an education credential that focuses on preparing pupils for hospitality- and tourism-based professions, officials said. The cohort will spend a fifth day weekly at the Saginaw Career Complex, learning about the professions there. Randy Hegenauer, sales manager at Bavarian Inn, will provide instruction to the participants.
