CARO, MI — Police in Tuscola County are hoping the public can help them identify a bear. No, not a bear of the roving type that has been spotted numerous times across mid-Michigan in recent months. Rather, a fully mounted and stuffed bear. Sheriff's deputies recently recovered the bear along with several other items they believe were stolen, including compound bows and crossbows. The stuffed bear and the other possessions were stolen from storage units in southern Tuscola County or northern Genesee County.
