BUENA VISTA TWP, MI — A man is dead following an early morning shooting in Buena Vista Township. About 3:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 30, police responded to the shooting at a duplex in the 3100 block of Walters Drive. They arrived to find a man, either 33 or 34, suffering from at least one gunshot wound, confirmed Buena Vista Township Police Chief Reggie Williams II. The man was taken to an area hospital, where staff pronounced him deceased, Williams said. No other people were wounded. Police have no suspects in custody, the chief added.
